Maintenance Contracts
Arc Elevators started as a lift maintenance company and our highly experienced engineers now service elevators in hotels, offices, shops, public buildings and apartments.

We aim to provide common sense contracts with clear conditions and the flexibility of our maintenance offer is designed to make your life easy. Put simply, Arc Elevators will maintain any lift, of any make.
​
This is possible because we continually update our product knowledge. All our engineers are skilled to NVQ Level 3 minimum and undergo regular staff development. In addition, we maintain a full stock of spares at our Colne HQ for every type of lift we service, reducing downtime all maintained lifts.

We also provide a 24/7 emergency call out service, 365 days a year.

We offer two maintenance contracts:
​
Standard – a single fee paid each year for an agreed maintenance programme, depending on the type and usage of the lift and the recommended frequency of service visits. Any additional call-outs to repair the lift are charged separately.
​
Comprehensive – the same fee arrangement for maintenance, with call-outs included in the contract cover.
